Utilizing our industry networks and contacting business owners directly, Starlit Capital Partners employs a patient investor approach where value is realized through partnerships and pragmatism rather than a burning need to deploy capital. We will participate in narrowly focused processes when necessary, but our path to success always relies upon our intimate understanding of the target’s industry and the trust we build with the Seller and its management team.

Starlit Capital Partners’ preferred investment structure is one that incorporates risk of the unknown. Therefore, our comprehensive approach to investing begins with utilizing less leverage than traditional private equity, giving management the flexibility to think long-term and reinvest in the business today. Additionally, aggressive debt pay-down provides a central building block of value and opportunity creation within investment platforms, and is a convenient reminder of our core belief that growth capital should come from the strength of a platform’s balance sheet rather than from capital calls from its investors.
